3. User Account & Eligibility

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

Refund Policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted via email or customer support.
• Processing time: up to 60 business days, depending on Provider policies.
• Merchant fees may be non-refundable.
• Partial refunds are subject to airline/hotel rules and processing charges.
• Malik Express shall not be liable for any refund denial by the Provider once the booking has been confirmed and tickets/vouchers have been issued.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to fulfil any obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

In such cases, refunds and rebooking are subject to Provider policies only.
